Simple, casual, with great 80s vibes.

We’re Karin, Julian, little Moritz and our greyhound Berkie. We left our old lives behind, discovered the joy of farming, and took over the Schnitzbichlhof from Karin’s father, Karl. Karin used to work as a nurse, Julian in a bank – but they both feel at home when they’re knee-deep in nature. Don’t you feel the same?

The architects at BIQUADRA helped us renovate the building in 2024, giving it strong retro ‘80s vibes – because some things were just too good to change.

NEWLY RENOVATED APARTMENTS

Our holiday apartments accommodate between 2 and 4 people and have all been recently renovated.
Each one includes a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living area and a balcony. Some offer direct access to the pool, while others boast breathtaking views of the forest and mountains

STAY POOL

A new garden pool

Wellness? On a farm? Sorry, but we don’t do that. However, we do have a swimming pool because it can get pretty hot during the summer. We love taking a refreshing dip – don’t you?

AGRICULTURE

The fruits of our labour.

We make our own wine, juice, sauces and jams.
In our brand-new farm shop you’ll also find Speck, homemade canederli and pasta – all sourced from our friends and neighbours nearby. Because here, quality really is just around the corner
