Simple, casual, with great 80s vibes.

We – that’s Karin, Julian, Moritz and greyhound Berkie, did a complete 180 and learnt all about agriculture, and then took over the Schnitzbichlhof farm over from Karin’s father, Karl. Karin used to work in the hospital, and Julian in a bank – but they both feel at home when they’re knee-deep in nature. Aren’t you the same?

The BIQUADRA architects helped us renovate the building in 2024, bringing powerful ‘80s, retro vibes to the fore as some things were just too good to change.

NEW, RENOVATED APARTMENTS

Our holiday flats sleep between 2 to 4 people and have all been recently renovated. They feature a kitchen, a cosy living area, and a balcony. Some even have a direct access to the pool – the others offer a breathtaking view over the forest and mountains.

STAY POOL

A new garden pool

Wellness? On a farm? Sorry, but we don’t do that. However, we do have a swimming pool because it can get pretty hot during the summer. We love taking a refreshing dip – don’t you?

AGRICULTURE

The fruits of our labour.

We make our own wine, juice, sauces, and marmalades. We also sell Speck, homemade canederli and pasta in our brand-new farm shop, which are sourced from our nearby friends and neighbours – because quality, here, is just around the corner.
