INCLUDED SERVICES & AMENITIES
Our farm apartments are fully equipped, and so are the kitchens. Bed linen, towels, pool towels, tea towels and hairdryers are all provided. In summer, air conditioning in all bedrooms keeps things pleasantly cool. Baby cots and highchairs are available on request.
The farm also includes a pool, sunbathing lawn and sauna, all free to use during your stay. And of course, there’s free Wi-Fi throughout the house. In our farm shop, you’ll find our own products, all kinds of good things from our neighbours and our Honesty Bar. And one important thing: there’s no need to buy water – excellent drinking water comes straight from the tap.
The South Tyrol Guest Pass is also included. It allows you to use public transport throughout South Tyrol free of charge during your stay.
Parking is free and directly at the farm, and there’s also a charging station for electric cars. We have a lockable garage for bikes and other equipment. If you arrive by bus or train, we’re happy to pick you up from Lana-Burgstall train station by arrangement.
In the morning, you can add our fresh bread delivery service. And if something gets dirty along the way, washing, drying and ironing are also available on request.
And then there are the things that don’t really fit on a list of amenities: sometimes there’s a wine tasting on us, sometimes a small event at the farm. Let’s see what’s happening while you’re here.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation between 90 days and 30 days before the arrival date:
40% of the agreed total price / between 30
days and 7 days before the arrival date: 70% of the agreed total price / Cancellation less than 7 days before the arrival date:
90% of the agreed total price / In the event of a no-show or early departure
the fee for the entire booking period
is payable in full. / Any deposit already paid will be offset against the cancellation fees. We recommend that you take out our ‘Roter Hahn cancellation protection’ (travel cancellation insurance) to avoid any unpleasant costs.
