INCLUDED SERVICES & AMENITIES
Our farm apartments and their kitchens are fully equipped. Bed linen, towels, bath towels, a hairdryer, and tea towels are provided in the apartment. We have cots and high chairs available on request for the younger guests. The Schnitzbichlhof guests have free access to the sunlounge lawn and pool. Free Wi-Fi is available both there and throughout the house. The new farm shop sells our own farm products and all kinds of delicious items from our neighbours. Very important: please do not buy water, as we have the best spring water. The car park is free of charge and located directly on the farm. Arriving by public transport? We’re happy to pick you up from the nearest train or bus station. We have a lockable storage room for bikes and other equipment. We sometimes organise wine tastings on the on farm or other small events. We offer a fresh bread service for an extra charge. An e-car charging station is also available. If something needs cleaning, you’re welcome to wash, dry, or iron your laundry here upon request.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation between 90 days and 30 days before the arrival date:
40% of the agreed total price / between 30
days and 7 days before the arrival date: 70% of the agreed total price / Cancellation less than 7 days before the arrival date:
90% of the agreed total price / In the event of a no-show or early departure
the fee for the entire booking period
is payable in full. / Any deposit already paid will be offset against the cancellation fees. We recommend that you take out our ‘Roter Hahn cancellation protection’ (travel cancellation insurance) to avoid any unpleasant costs.
